WJMG has three tensile / compression machines ranging in size from 10 lbf to 200,000 lbf (pound force) that can test any part you may come need. WJMG has the ability to produce reduces section tensile bars and round bars.  An axial tensile test load is put upon to find the engineering stress and strain then converted to true stress and strain after test is complete if required by costumer.

WJMG follows the guidelines from ASTM E-3 standards test methods for tension testing of metallic materials, along with other ASTM standers such as A-370, B-557, F-60. WJMG can produce the correct sample for AWS, ASME, and API welding codes for procedure qualification records.
