Dr. Jesse A. Grantham is a forensic expert specializing in welding, metallurgical, pipelines and structural metal failure analysis, code compliance and contract compliance, as well as workplace safety issues.He heads the forensic team at Welding & Joining Management Group™ in Frederick, Colorado, as well as overseeing the testing, calibration and welder certification programs.

Vicki is Office Manager at WJMG. She handles all account correspondence and customer setup procedures. She is the first smiling face you'll see when you visit our Frederick office, and generally the voice you will hear when you call us.
As the Shop Manager I interpret inquiries about new projects and cases as well as do the work. I am in responsible for Mechanical testing, Nondestructive testing and Welder Certifications. I operate the test equipment and validate all WJMG instruments. I prepare lab test reports and welding documents in accordance with AWS, ASME IX, and API standards. I conduct test protocols for forensic assessments.
I am a Certified Visual Welding Inspector, AWS-CWI trainee, and Level II in VT, MT, PT, UT and PAUT in accordance to ASNE SNT-TC-1A. I teach welders, welding inspection and NDT courses.
I have 15 years’ NDT experience and 11 years’ welding experience. I was the Field Manager for 9 years at Oilfield Tubular Inspection, responsible for field operations, NDT and welding. I was District Manager and NDT Field Supervisor for Magna-Sonic Stress NDT testers for 3 years.
Kyle Morehead is a WJMG Laboratory Technician, Certified Visual Welding Inspector and WJMG NDT Course Instructor. He oversees the various test procedures accompanied with the welds and metals that come into Welding & Joining Management Group™ laboratory. He clearly identifies the metals, takes photographs, adheres-to work instructions, operates the instruments & shop machinery for testing and assists with preparing final certification documents.
